This is a cool theme, but WindowBlinds only changed my toolbars, my start menu, and simple stuff like that. My icons didn't change, and the RK Launcher skin files were things that I didn't know how to open. HELP ME!!!!!

very cool, but when I got this, WindowBlinds only changed things like my toolbars, my start menu, and stuff like that. When I got the winzip file, The RK Launcher skin had a few files that I didn't recognize and I didn't know how to use them HELP ME!!!!!!
